Responsible AI, built in — verified by design
Every exhibit reference is whitelisted. Our server-side validation refuses to render any exhibit ID that doesn't appear in the user's Exhibits & References field. The AI cannot invent an exhibit.
Every citation is verified. Citations are cross-checked against CourtListener before display; unverified statements are flagged USER-STATED or UNSOURCED.
Coaching scores delivery only. The coaching rubric is scoped by design to clarity, pace, composure, evidence anchoring, and time. It cannot and does not score merit, credibility, or outcome — enforced server-side, not by policy.
Witness testimony is never fabricated. Role-play decks refuse to invent testimony; missing witness answers render as [ANSWER — TO BE PROVIDED BY WITNESS]. Documents cannot export until every placeholder is resolved.

Frequently asked questions
Is this legal advice?
No — VoxJurisPath is self-help software and legal information, not legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Is my data secure?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, protected by row-level security, and never used to train models on user case content. SOC 2 Type II is in progress.
Which jurisdictions do you support?
All 50 US states for procedural information, with state-specific procedural rules deepening on a rolling basis, plus federal district courts.
How do you prevent AI hallucinations?
Exhibit-ID whitelist, citation verification against CourtListener, statutory verification against Cornell LII, mandatory pre-export placeholder resolution, and prominent AI disclosure on every output.
How does pricing work for legal aid organizations?
Discounted institutional licensing with per-seat and per-case options, plus a free tier for qualifying legal aid organizations under our Access-to-Justice Program.
Do you support court e-filing?
E-filing is rolling out state-by-state starting 2027. Today we prepare filing-ready documents that users file through their court's own portal.
Can our organization white-label VoxJurisPath?
Yes — enterprise plans include co-branding and integration with your intake systems.
Important: VoxJurisPath is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and is not a substitute for a licensed attorney. We provide self-help software and legal information.
